- 8Handle complex order exceptions like address validation and split shipments
- 9Utilize ShipStation to manage workflows purchase labels and tracking
- 10Perform end-of-day audits to verify order fulfillment compliance
- 11Maintain detailed logs of daily issues and resolutions
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 23+ years in eCommerce fulfillment or warehouse coordination
- 3Proficiency with Shopify for order inventory adjustments
- 4Preference for ShipStation expertise
- 5Strong accuracy attention to detail with barcode scanners label printers and spreadsheets
- 6Organized decisive calm under pressure ability to lift 50 lbs
