Overview
As a Warehouse Forklift Attendant, you will own daily warehouse operations at our Denver South branch, including pulling orders, receiving stock, and operating Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Order Pickers. You'll work with RF scanning technology to locate and pick product with accuracy. You'll join a team that values customer focus, safety, and reliability, with a consistent M-F schedule and holidays off. This role offers growth through cross-training in counter sales and branch operations, making it more than a typical warehouse job.
What You'll Do8
- 1Operate Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Order Pickers to move product safely and efficiently.
- 2Pull product for will-call orders, ensuring accuracy and speed using RF scanning technology.
- 3Receive incoming trucks, unload product, and organize loads to maximize warehouse space.
- 4Stock small parts and maintain inventory organization to support counter sales.
- 5Load and unload trucks and trailers, securing loads to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- 6Assist warehouse manager with daily duties and coordinate with counter sales and inside sales teams.
- 7Follow all safety protocols and use required safety equipment to maintain a zero-incident record.
- 8Learn the entire branch operation, including warehouse systems, customer service, and will-call processes.
Requirements8
- 12+ years of forklift driving or warehouse experience.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet mobility requirements including walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 6Basic math skills and ability to learn job requirements within assigned period.
- 7Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends (additional pay opportunity).
- 8Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
Salary Insight
$40 - $46k per year
