What You'll Do12
- 1Process shipping receiving inventory and transfer transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS – SAGE 100)
- 2Update shipments in Customer Supported Portals such as SAP Red Prairie and Manhattan
- 3Verify inbound and outbound documentation for completeness and accuracy
- 4Create and maintain shipping documents bills of lading BOLs packing lists and other warehouse records
- 5Coordinate appointments with carriers and transportation providers
- 6Communicate with customers carriers drivers and internal departments regarding shipment status and inventory issues
- 7Assist with inventory counts cycle counts and inventory audits
- 8Research and resolve inventory receiving shipping discrepancies
- 9Maintain accurate filing and electronic documentation
- 10Monitor warehouse appointment email and respond to customer carrier inquiries promptly
- 11Ensure compliance with company policies customer requirements and safety procedures
- 12Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum of two years of warehouse clerical or administrative experience preferred
- 3Experience in a warehouse distribution center or third party logistics environment preferred
- 4Experience using Warehouse Management Systems SAGE 100 Scan Force SAP and Microsoft Office including Excel
- 5Strong data entry and organizational skills
- 6Excellent communication and customer service skills
