Overview
Full-time Warehouse Associate at Pacific Air Industries in Los Angeles, CA. Report to Order Processing Supervisor. Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Compensation $20-25/hour. Seeking candidates who can own processes and drive efficiency.
What You'll Do11
- 1Receive load and unload trucks and put away stock
- 2Count and examine received stock verifying completeness against shipping documents checking for damage and maintaining shortage records
- 3Pick and fill orders from stock retrieving items as needed
- 4Prepare orders by processing requests pulling materials and printing documents
- 5Sort and place materials on racks shelves or bins following organizational standards
- 6Maintain inventory controls by collecting location orders printing requests and recording amounts via computer
- 7Assist in counting physical inventory
- 8Pack and ship orders
- 9Maintain safe clean work environment organizing shelves pallet areas and workstations
- 10Sweep dust and mop as needed assist other departments and perform special projects
- 11Deliver exceptional service ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery
Requirements12
- 1Minimum one year warehouse or quality experience
- 2Prior aircraft industry experience preferred
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Familiarity with data entry and basic computer systems
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 6Excellent organization time management and math abilities
- 7Attention to detail problem solving skills
- 8Reliable dependable work ethic
- 9Ability to read speak and write in English
- 10Previous forklift operation helpful
- 11US work authorization and transportation required
- 12Physical stamina for prolonged standing walking and lifting up to fifty pounds
