You will own order fulfillment operations at a high-volume warehouse in Sunnyvale, TX, moving products from receiving to shipping with precision. What You'll Do8
- 1Load cartons and totes onto the conveyor at a rate of 40+ units per hour.
- 2Remove products from the conveyor and place them on pallets or assigned locations within the first 30 days.
- 3Sort items by order, destination, or department using RF scanner data to reduce mis-shipments by 20%.
- 4Scan barcodes with handheld RF scanners to track inventory in real time.
- 5Verify product labels, quantities, and order accuracy against packing lists before sealing boxes.
- 6Pack products into shipping containers, applying tape and address labels correctly.
- 7Stack pallets according to OSHA guidelines, maintaining stability and preventing damage.
- 8Inspect items for defects or damage, flagging issues to the shift lead immediately.
Requirements8
- 11+ year warehouse associate experience preferred, but entry-level candidates will train on RF scanners.
- 2Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check before start.
- 3Stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly during 8-hour shifts.
- 4Work Monday–Friday with mandatory overtime flexibility across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.
- 5Read and understand English to interpret shipping labels and safety signs.
- 6Use RF scanning equipment and conveyor controls after short onboarding.
- 7Communicate in English and Spanish to coordinate with bilingual team members.
- 8Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while working independently or in teams.
