Overview
You'll own inventory accuracy and flow for a premier electronics manufacturer in Salt Lake City, verifying packing slips, entering data into inventory systems, and resolving discrepancies to keep production on schedule. You'll work alongside buyers and the production supervisor in a clean, air-conditioned warehouse with a low-turnover tech community. You'll receive 6-8 weeks of paid, hands-on training with technical experts in Los Angeles, CA. Lunch is provided three times a week, and clear internal promotion pathways reward reliability. What You'll Do6
- 1Verify packing slip details against purchase orders and enter data into inventory systems with accuracy.
- 2Collaborate with buyers and the production supervisor to resolve inventory discrepancies and meet production requirements.
- 3Manage incoming and outgoing inspection logs, retrieve accessories for sales orders, and process returns.
- 4Record all inventory transactions promptly, supporting weekly cycle counts and year-end counts.
- 5Maintain an organized warehouse through bin labeling, date code tracking, and FIFO practices.
- 6Support the Warehouse Supervisor with additional duties as assigned.
Requirements9
- 1High School diploma or GED (required).
- 21-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components.
- 3Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 4Clear verbal and written communication, with comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- 5U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) due to federal contract requirements.
- 6Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- 7Familiarity with inventory management systems (preferred).
- 8Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork.
- 9Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
