What You'll Do6
- 1Read part numbers and labels with total accuracy, matching them to order tickets for error-free picks.
- 2Pick, pack, and stage orders by company standards, using WWMS scanners to confirm each step.
- 3Load and unload trucks, moving products to designated zones without damaging stock.
- 4Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all OSHA safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- 5Scan inventory and process orders in real time via WWMS, flagging any discrepancies immediately.
- 6Complete cycle counts and inventory audits, reconciling physical stock against system records.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution or supply chain role.
- 2Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for long shifts.
- 3Physical capability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly and stand or walk for 8+ hours per day.
- 4Proficiency with WWMS handheld scanners or similar wireless inventory systems.
- 5Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a track record of reliable performance.
- 6Ability to work independently on assigned tasks or coordinate with team members as required.
