What You'll Do9
- 1Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch
- 2Load up and deliver parcels weighing up to 150lbs using material equipment or team lift
- 3Plan routes covering up to 60 percent of weekly work schedule across multiple communities
- 4Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment
- 5Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries
- 6Travel upstairs for delivery when necessary
- 7Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks
- 8Perform inventory audits and close distance peripheral vision for safe driving
- 9Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines
Requirements8
- 1Prior warehouse experience is a plus
- 2Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices
- 3At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle
- 4Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 5Smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps
- 6Clear and concise verbal communication skills
- 7Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely package delivery
- 8Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions
