Own and execute warehousing tasks at a Floor & Decor location in Phoenix, handling inventory, order fulfillment, and customer assistance at scale. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and replenish stock to company standards for easy customer shopping
- 2Move merchandise between show floor and customer vehicles with care and accuracy
- 3Check inventory and orders to ensure correct items and quantities
- 4Provide above and beyond customer service and answer questions
- 5Operate a forklift and other heavy machinery when required
- 6Restock the showroom and organize merchandise to planograms
- 7Assist in other store areas as needed while maintaining a clean safe work area
Requirements6
- 1Must be 18 years or older
- 2Warehouse experience
- 3Customer service experience
- 4Experience with heavy machinery forklift or farm equipment preferred
- 5Completion of forklift certifications through F&D
- 6Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
