What You'll Do8
- 1Lead 5-6 in-home walk-thru's daily in the San Jose area, educating homeowners on the Honey Homes membership.
- 2Capture the prospect's first 10+ tasks directly in the app during each 45-minute visit.
- 3Close the sale by helping the homeowner book their first handyman visit before you leave.
- 4Document detailed notes and task lists in the app to ensure seamless internal handoffs.
- 5Coordinate with marketing and inside sales to maximize conversion on warm leads.
- 6Self-source roughly 30% of your leads through networking and local outreach.
- 7Follow the proven sales playbook while refining it to improve conversion rates.
- 8Prepare thoroughly for each visit, reviewing homeowner context and tailoring your approach.
Requirements8
- 14+ years of sales experience in high-performance environments, such as startups or home services.
- 2Proven ability to handle objections in real time and ask for the close in person.
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 4Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to make homeowners feel heard.
- 5Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and home systems.
- 6Comfortable working independently in the field with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
