- 10Ensure timely compliant clinical studies on time within budget
- 11Lead governance processes risk management and portfolio prioritization
- 12Oversee safety monitoring data quality and study reporting
- 13Maintain inspection readiness and regulatory compliance
- 14Provide scientific expertise to business development investor relations and partnerships
- 15Collaborate with regulatory affairs on global submissions and agency interactions

Requirements9
- 1Significant experience in biotechnology pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations
- 2Prior experience leading clinical development functions preferred
- 3Proven success with regulatory interactions and submissions
- 4Cell and gene therapy or advanced modality background preferred
- 5Strong expertise in hematology oncology immunology rheumatology or similar therapeutic areas
- 6Strategic thinking with scientific and business acumen
