- 5Partner with COEs to define briefs and optimize marketing funnel
- 6Translate consumer insights into actionable performance strategies
- 7Execute brand and integrated marketing initiatives with AI and automation tools
- 8Maintain KPIs and measure ROI across in-house and COE work
- 9Collaborate with sales operations and clinical leadership to ensure brand promise delivery
- 10Perform test-and-learn methodologies to optimize CAC and LTV
- 11Stay ahead of retail healthcare trends to maintain competitive edge
Requirements10
- 112+ years progressive marketing experience with performance marketing track record
- 2Proven leadership of cross-functional marketing teams in matrixed environments
- 3Expertise in direct response marketing and funnel analytics
- 4Experience with automation personalization and AI-enabled tools
- 5Strong analytical skills translating data into strategic actions
- 6Demonstrated success in B2C consumer-facing growth initiatives
- 7Ability to operate without direct line authority over all capabilities
- 8Deep knowledge of paid media digital commerce lifecycle marketing
