- 9Advise senior leadership on benefits strategy and transformation
- 10Develop and inspire a high-performing benefits COE
- 11Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements10
- 112+ years experience with a Bachelor's or 10+ years with an advanced degree
- 2Preferred 15+ years leading global benefits programs
- 3Expertise in benefits governance and compliance across regions
- 4Strong financial acumen managing large-scale budgets
- 5Proven ability to influence executives and navigate ambiguity
- 6Experience with technology platforms like Python and AWS
- 7Background in CPC Card or similar certifications
- 8Understanding of labor laws and BCBA standards
- 9Ability to work onsite in Austin Texas
- 10Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership
