UTV Tour Guide at AZ ATV Adventures, Outdoor Desert Tours & Equipment Prep
Overview
Own and lead guided UTV tours through the Sonoran Desert at scale. You will supervise safety briefings, vehicle orientations, and guest experiences while handling equipment loading, securing, and maintenance. Work with a small team at the Goodyear home base and on tour sites. This role blends field operation with hands-on gear prep and customer interaction in a demanding outdoor environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Lead approximately 2–3 hour guided UTV tours through the Sonoran Desert
- 2Provide guests with clear safety instructions and vehicle orientations
- 3Coach riders throughout the tour and create a memorable experience
- 4Load and unload UTVs from trailers and properly secure equipment for transport
- 5Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of UTVs and drive trucks while towing equipment trailers
- 6Assist with basic shop and yard duties and keep vehicles and work areas organized
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- 2Must be comfortable driving pickup/truck while towing a trailer or learn
- 3Willing to learn trailer backing, loading, unloading, and equipment securement
- 4Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- 5A CDL is NOT required for this position
Salary Insight
$20 - $24k per year
