Overview
Board certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maryland and additional states delivering virtual comprehensive care across all ages. Seeking clinician with at least three years experience in high volume urgent care or primary care settings. Requires active RN compact license and multi-state licensure. Ideal candidates have five or more active state licenses. Not considering applicants residing in certain states.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build virtual care workflows with Spark and Airflow
- 2Design scalable telehealth solutions using AWS
- 3Lead complex cases including newborn to adult patient management
- 4Diagnose and treat diverse conditions with evidence based protocols
- 5Develop treatment plans and communicate findings to referring physicians
- 6Maintain Medicare and Medicaid eligibility throughout employment
- 7Collaborate with provider teams to improve patient outcomes
- 8Analyze lab results and provide actionable insights
- 9Offer flexible scheduling including evening and weekend rotations
- 10Train staff on EMR systems including Athena EMR
- 11Drive continuous improvement in clinical documentation practices
Requirements11
- 1Graduate of accredited Master’s or Doctoral level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- 2Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained RN licensure
- 3Current national certification as Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- 4Multi-state licensure with preference for five or more active licenses
- 5Minimum three years post training experience in high volume urgent care or primary care
- 6Proven ability to function within integrated medical practice environments
- 7Strong clinical acumen for managing diverse patient populations
- 8Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- 9Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology platforms
- 10Active Medicare status without exclusions
- 11Experience with telemedicine and virtual care delivery
