Requirements11

  • 15+ years leading nursing teams in long-term care facilities
  • 2Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from accredited program
  • 3Active Texas RN license with minimum one year supervised clinical experience
  • 4Certified Nursing Administrator credential preferred
  • 5OSHA certification current
  • 6Minimum three years of direct patient care experience
  • 7Proven ability to lift forty pounds and stand for extended periods
  • 8Strong communication skills for interacting with residents families and staff
  • 9Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
  • 10Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
