Requirements11
- 15+ years leading nursing teams in long-term care facilities
- 2Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from accredited program
- 3Active Texas RN license with minimum one year supervised clinical experience
- 4Certified Nursing Administrator credential preferred
- 5OSHA certification current
- 6Minimum three years of direct patient care experience
- 7Proven ability to lift forty pounds and stand for extended periods
- 8Strong communication skills for interacting with residents families and staff
- 9Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
- 10Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
