- 4Provide clinical expertise to maintain care standards and regulatory compliance
- 5Identify safety concerns and implement corrective actions
- 6Conduct regular unit rounds and monitor resident care quality
- 7Develop and enforce policies aligned with federal and state regulations
- 8Participate in nursing budget management and staffing optimization
- 9Lead recruitment efforts and manage nursing personnel onboarding
- 10Ensure infection control protocols are followed and documented
- 11Supervise nursing staff across all shifts and support professional growth
Requirements10
- 1Current active license to practice as LVN or RN in Texas
- 23 years experience in supervisory healthcare roles
- 3Minimum 6 months rehabilitative nursing experience
- 4Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing facility operations
- 5Ability to make independent decisions in dynamic environments
- 6Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
- 7Proficiency with electronic health records and administrative software
- 8Experience with Point Click Care system
- 9Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
- 10Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
