- 7Read interpret blueprints diagrams sketches job specifications determine materials
- 8Estimate material requirements and costs requisition supplies prepare records and service reports
- 9Install piping connect equipment with water gas or drainage systems
- 10Modify equipment fabricate new devices for special purposes
- 11Inspect plumbing fixtures ensure proper orientation
- 12Analyze causes of faulty operation perform repairs replace worn parts
- 13Obtain process plumbing permits for all repairs renovations and new installations
- 14Order maintain inventory of plumbing supplies maintain records and documents
- 15Coordinate inspect work installed by contractors meet codes
- 16Prepare written inspection reports on repairs renovations and tests
- 17Maintain required records maintain equipment histories
- 18Complete work orders promptly legibly assure complete equipment histories
- 19Perform miscellaneous duties as required
- 20Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master Plumber License State of Michigan required
- 3High school graduate or equivalent required
- 4On-the-job training trade school or military training in plumbing required
- 5Eight years of concentrated plumbing experience preferably in a health care setting required
