What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct new business reviews and submit or refer submissions beyond authority levels to underwriters
- 2Request pertinent underwriting file documents and follow up with agents and insureds
- 3Follow new business processing timeframes for endorsements and renewals
- 4Assist underwriters in processing endorsements and renewals within established timeframes
- 5Document and research all requests related to underwriting files
- 6Coordinate with underwriters to update policyholder status and initiate policy changes
- 7Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
- 8Index incoming mail through ImageRight
- 9Support the application set-up process
- 10Accurately maintain policyholder information and document communications
- 11Contribute to departmental initiatives and projects
Requirements9
- 1College degree preferred; relevant experience accepted
- 2Five years of related experience
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- 4Experience with PAC or ImageRight policy administration software
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Solid listening skills and professional demeanor
- 7Excellent organizational abilities and ability to manage priorities independently
- 8Creative problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing priorities
