What You'll Do11
- 1Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in strict accordance with currently approved practices as outlined in department policy and procedure manuals
- 2Assist radiologists with ultrasound guided biopsies and procedures when needed
- 3Monitor patient well being during exams and take appropriate action for any discomfort or medical issues
- 4Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements
- 5Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- 6Travel to Clinton Bowie Greenbelt and Silver Spring as required
- 7Support various departments including community radiology associates
- 8Utilize advanced technology such as Spark and Airflow for data analysis
- 9Implement CPC Card standards for certification compliance
- 10Follow AWS Certified protocols for cloud based systems
- 11Adhere to React based software interfaces for workflow efficiency
Requirements6
- 1Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma
- 2Passed SPI exam preferred
- 3Current ARDMS certifications or AART (S)
- 4ARDMS Registry / ARRT (S)
- 5Eligible preferred BLS certification
- 6#USMD Sign On Bonus: $7,500.00 or Student Loan Repayment
