Overview
Lead and manage field service activities for turbine projects in Chicago or Cranberry Township. Ensure successful installation start-up and commissioning while fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence. This role supports growth of the turbine business and builds relationships with retrofit customers.
What You'll Do5
- 1Manage turbine start-up and commissioning activities aligning resources for site operations
- 2Expand and develop field service installation and commissioning resources
- 3Oversee personnel equipment and financial resources to increase business volume
- 4Build relationships with turbine retrofit customers to grow Emerson Power & Water Solutions
- 5Collaborate with regional Field Service leaders to share resources and enhance productivity
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- 2Minimum ten years of instrumentation and control experience in power industry
- 3Proven experience in resource management risk management and change management
- 4Ability to travel up to twenty-five percent
- 5Legal authorization to work in the United States
