What You'll Do8

  • 1Deliver personalized instruction to students in grades K-12, adapting lessons to meet IEP goals.
  • 2Develop and implement IEPs for each student, tracking progress and adjusting strategies.
  • 3Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support.
  • 4Maintain accurate documentation and reports, complying with school and state requirements.

Requirements7

  • 1Current Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License (MA SPED).
  • 22+ years experience supporting K-12 students with unique learning needs.
  • 3Proven ability to implement IEPs and modify curriculum for diverse learners.
  • 4Strong communication and teamwork skills, working with families and school staff.
  • 5Willingness to travel and adapt to new classroom environments.
  • 6Ability to maintain accurate records and meet compliance deadlines.
  • 7Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
