- 2Plan and implement marketing events
- 3Utilize social media and other online sources
- 4Visit competitive properties preparing competition reports
- 5Communicate professionally with clients investors and community leaders
- 6Manage application paperwork and compliance processes
- 7Process applications and achieve approval through compliance partners
- 8Prepare and implement timely move-in process achieving 100% occupied status
- 9Ensure resident applications are processed timely and according to policy
- 10Review supporting financial documentation identifying irregularities
- 11Maintain excellent client relations working directly with site staff
