- 6Maintain accurate customer information and reservation records
- 7Keep spreadsheets and reservation information organized and up to date
- 8Deliver outstanding customer service from the first inquiry through the booking process
- 9Prepare 40+ transportation quotes per day with speed and accuracy
- 10Professionally manage 50+ customer conversations daily by phone text and email
- 11Take ownership of your work

- 1Excellent phone texting and email communication skills
- 2Strong customer service experience
- 3Fast and accurate typing
- 4Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- 5Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT Google Gemini and Claude
- 6Ability to learn new software quickly

- 8Experience with Limo Anywhere reservation software
- 9Customer service reservations or dispatch experience
