What You'll Do11
- 1Lead daily transportation operations supporting United Airlines on‑time performance
- 2Manage transportation department of transportation supervisors drivers and driver assistants
- 3Strategically plan and manage ramp operation regarding daily hours schedules productivity quality and safety
- 4Ensure compliance of all ramp safety standard operating procedures as defined by the company Circle as Safety
- 5Maintain on‑time and accurate delivery utilizing best operational logistics model for transporting food and equipment to flights
- 6Coordinate transportation routing and ensure CSC departure times are met
- 7Comply with customer specifications quality standards Food and Drug Administration HACCP safety health environmental regulations
- 8Investigate customer quality issues develop and implement corrective actions
- 9Develop and implement proactive relationships with internal and external customers
- 10Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience 3–5 years of operations or transportation management
- 11Ability to lead train and motivate drivers dispatchers and support staff to achieve performance goals
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience with data tools
- 33–5 years of operations or transportation management experience
- 4Proficiency in Excel Word and logistics software for reporting and planning
- 5Understanding of FAA DOT FDA USDA OSHA EPA and HACCP guidelines
- 6Strong presentation communication training and interpersonal skills
- 7Proven success in improving work processes and leading change in a complex fast environment
Salary Insight
$76 - $95k per year
