Overview
We seek a Transaction Manager to lead lease transactions and strengthen client ties within our San Francisco office. This role drives business growth while collaborating across IPS Lease Administration and Brokerage. Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced settings and bring fresh perspectives.

- 1Manage lease transactions and foster client relationships
- 2Improve transaction processes through high-volume handling and client updates
- 3Review lease documents and draft summaries for due diligence
- 4Gather market data to support client decisions
- 5Lead special projects and prepare commission invoices
- 6Develop Excel models and financial analyses
- 7Assist with client deliverables and presentations
- 8Evaluate economic and demographic data for valuations
- 9Prepare abstract reports and abstract legal documents
- 10Organize client activity and support lead brokers
- 11Analyze quantitative portfolio data during due diligence
- 12Serve as technology champion for JLL software platforms
- 13Collaborate with IPS and Sales Enablement teams on pitches
- 14Ensure compliance with client service standards
Requirements10
- 13+ years commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience
- 2Real estate brokerage or sales license
- 3Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- 4Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
- 5Project management capabilities with multitasking skills
- 6Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or related field
