What You'll Do9
- 1Manage lease acquisitions and new site transactions independently and with team support
- 2Provide market advice and improve transaction processes through high-volume deal handling
- 3Select and oversee co-brokers while managing analyst responsibilities throughout deals
- 4Review lease documents and prepare abstracts as part of due diligence
- 5Research market data to evaluate properties and identify subtenants
- 6Prepare commission invoices and track transactions using proprietary software
- 7Direct special projects and assign tasks based on priority and deadlines
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- 9Maintain excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to exceed client expectations
Requirements9
- 15+ years commercial real estate transaction experience
- 2Valid real estate brokerage or salesperson's license
- 3Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- 4Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- 5Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- 6Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or related field
- 7Commitment to client service excellence
- 8Experience with CRM systems and transaction management platforms
