Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 23-5 years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
- 3Strong facilitation, instructional design, and evaluation skills.
- 4Proficiency in LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia).
- 5Proficiency in MS Office and LMS experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus.
- 6Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
- 7Valid Texas Driver's license and ability to travel per safe driving policy.
- 8Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- 9Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
