Overview

Manage high-volume ingress and egress operations at the Arizona Athletic Grounds overseeing 2,500+ seat stadium and multiple sports facilities. This part-time role requires directing traffic during tournaments concerts and special events while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic traffic management and exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Monitor parking facilities and enforce parking regulations
  • 2Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure safe flow
  • 3Dynamically adjust traffic patterns based on congestion coordinating with Security Guest Services Event Operations Police and Fire/EMS
  • 4Respond to traffic incidents accidents and customer inquiries
  • 5Set up move inspect and remove traffic control devices including cones barricades message boards fencing and signs before during and after events
  • 6Report safety hazards damaged signs or equipment issues
  • 7Maintain accurate logs reports and incident documentation
  • 8Provide courteous assistance and event information to all AAG guests
  • 9Work collaboratively with law enforcement emergency responders and event staff
  • 10Monitor parking occupancy activate overflow lots and shuttle operations manage VIP team bus vendor and ADA parking conduct openingclosing lot inspections protect pedestrian crossings maintain emergency vehicle access complete incident reports communicate via two-way radio

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3Valid driver`s license with a clean driving record
  • 4Previous experience in traffic control parking enforcement security or public safety
  • 5Knowledge of traffic laws and parking regulations on public and private roadways
  • 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with staff guests vendors and law enforcement
  • 7Physical Requirements Tolerate moderate to loud noise levels high-energy event environments work in varying temperatures including outdoor Arizona heat sit for long periods is not typical
  • 8Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations direct traffic and assist with operational tasks as needed
  • 9Occupational flexibility including evenings most weekends holidays and extended event schedules
  • 10First Aid/CPR/AED Certification preferred
