Trade Support Analyst
Overview
We seek a Nashville based Analyst to join our Trade Support Confirmations Team at Alliance Bernstein Middle Office. This role owns trade processing oversight and resolves issues across order management systems. The position involves collaborating with trading desks portfolio management and compliance to ensure accurate trade capture and settlement.
What You'll Do11
- 1Allocate trades across all products in order management systems
- 2Provide real-time support to three trading desks and portfolio management teams
- 3Support ETF operations with confirmation affirmation and instruction
- 4Resolve commission fee settlement discrepancies
- 5Handle offshore confirmation and settlement tasks
- 6Instruction listed derivative trades clearance and premium settlement
- 7Manage trade allocation and rebooking activities
- 8Drive claim resolution from brokers and custodians
- 9Oversee trade confirmation processes
- 10Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties
- 11Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in finance economics accounting or related field
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 33-5 seasons of experience in trade support environments
- 4Expertise with AWS Certified credentials
- 5Strong analytical and financial skills
- 6Ability to work in collaborative team settings
- 7Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure
- 8Proficiency with React development
- 9Understanding of Kubernetes orchestration principles
- 10Familiarity with AWS ecosystem technologies
