We seek a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate has automotive diagnostics mechanical knowledge and commercial driving experience. This role involves safely towing vehicles providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operations. Experience with flatbed trucks automotive repair and conflict management is highly desirable.
What You'll Do11
- 1Operate tow trucks including flatbed tows safely and efficiently
- 2Load and unload vehicles using forklifts when necessary
- 3Perform basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments
- 4Provide exceptional customer service during stressful situations
- 5Maintain accurate records of towing activities and vehicle details
- 6Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- 7Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to tow trucks or vehicles being towed
- 8Manage conflict situations with tact and professionalism
- 9Operate tow trucks especially flatbed models
- 10Demonstrate mechanical knowledge with automotive repair background
- 11Handle load and unload procedures in a fast-paced environment
Requirements7
- 1Proven experience operating tow trucks particularly flatbed models
- 2Mechanical knowledge with automotive repair preferred
- 3Familiarity with manual transmissions and automotive diagnostics
- 4Commercial driving experience with valid driver’s license
- 5Strong customer service skills with conflict management abilities
- 6Hands-on experience with forklifts or similar equipment
- 7Dedication to safety technical proficiency and excellent service
Salary Insight
