What You'll Do11
- 1Ring up customers and answer checkout questions to ensure smooth transactions
- 2Create a welcoming atmosphere while helping customers discover new items
- 3Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor through proper merchandising
- 4Sort, inspect, and price incoming donations quickly and accurately
- 5Prepare merchandise for the floor by organizing and tagging items
- 6Support backroom operations to keep inventory levels consistent
- 7Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
- 8Arrive on time and be ready to assist teammates at any stage of the hiring process
- 9Participate in ongoing learning and professional development
- 10Follow safety protocols while handling physical tasks such as lifting and stocking

Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with AWS Certified solutions
- 3Proficiency in Kubernetes for scalable applications
- 4Ability to lift and organize merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds
- 5Valid driver’s license required for delivery duties
- 6Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- 7Willingness to relocate to San Diego if necessary
- 8Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- 9Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace
- 10Openness to receiving constructive feedback and adapting quickly
