What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and run pass/fail tests on manufactured PCBs and sort boards by outcome
  • 2Document error codes and complete reports for failed boards
  • 3Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 5S practices
  • 4Adhere to lean manufacturing and ESD environment controls
  • 5Operate computers and multiple programs to record data and manage MES-related tasks
  • 6Utilize hand tools and test setup cables to connect boards for testing
  • 7Assist with data entry and basic quality inspections
  • 8Support continuous improvement initiatives within the test station
  • 9Collaborate with team members to resolve test-related issues
  • 10Follow safety policies and no phone usage on the manufacturing floor

Requirements10

  • 1Experience with testing processes and procedures for PCBs
  • 2Ability to work with computers and perform data entry
  • 3Knowledge of hand tools and printed circuit boards
  • 4Experience with multiple computer programs and an MES system
  • 5Previous experience in electronics or PCBA manufacturing is strongly preferred
  • 6Strong quality control and inspection skills
