Territory Service Merchandiser, Building Materials & ESOP
Overview
Lead in-store merchandising and inventory management across a defined Lowe's region using a company vehicle and handheld devices. You will strengthen supplier relationships while ensuring displays, signage, and stock levels drive sales. This role includes daily travel, independent work, and a commitment to hands-on merchandising in a customer-focused environment. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and stock building products in Lowe's stores within the assigned territory to optimize displays and signage
- 2Order and replenish inventory to maintain product availability and drive sales growth
- 3Visit all scheduled stores daily and complete required market surveys and price checks
- 4Maintain inventory data using handheld devices and submit orders promptly
- 5Pack out products within 36 hours of delivery as directed by District Manager
- 6Cultivate strong supplier-customer relationships to support store objectives
- 7Repetitively lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- 8Proficient use of fax, copier, smartphone, and computer to manage merchandising
- 9Remove cull products per company policy and dispose accordingly
- 10Travel daily using company vehicle and uphold a safe driving record with a valid license
Requirements10
- 1Must have valid driver''s license and acceptable driving record
- 2Ability to travel daily using company vehicle
- 3Prolonged periods of lifting up to 75 pounds and repetitive physical activity
- 4Proficient with a smartphone, computer, copier, and fax machine
- 5Detail-oriented with strong merchandising focus and independent work capability
- 6Flexible schedule and ability to work in a field role in a rural/suburban environment
- 7Experience in retail merchandising or building materials is preferred
- 8Strong communication and relationship-building skills with store teams
- 9Commitment to company values and ESOP ownership culture
- 102+ years of retail or field merchandising experience is desirable
