Metro seeks a temporary Administrative Analyst to deliver journey-level support for the Transit Ambassador Program. This role involves administrative technical analytical and budgetary assistance. What You'll Do12

- 4Develop forecasting analyses and program management software applications
- 5Implement records maintenance and analysis systems for operational efficiency
- 6Monitor projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- 7Represent the department at meetings and represent it during conferences
- 8Perform financial administrative policy and organizational analyses
- 9Advise management on performance and funding matters
- 10Track departmental operating and capital budgets
- 11Prepare recommendations for capital fund expenditures
- 12Review grant requests and monitor grant expenditures
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor degree in Business Public Administration or related field
- 2One year of relevant budgeting or administrative experience
- 3California Class C driver license or alternative transportation capability
- 4Valid knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Power BI
- 5Ability to handle confidential personnel files and resolve payroll discrepancies
- 6Experience with enterprise resource planning and statistical analysis tools
- 7Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- 8Proficiency in mathematics and business statistics
- 9Experience with legal compliance and labor agreements
- 10Ability to meet deadlines and operate independently
- 11English proficiency for reading writing and speaking
