What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing deposits withdrawals payments and check cashing with care
- 2Welcome customers understand their needs and guide them to efficient banking methods including digital tools
- 3Identify potential product needs introduce solutions at a high level and refer customers to bankers for detailed guidance
- 4Complete transactional activities accurately manage risk following policies and controls
- 5Use strong communication skills to clarify needs provide clear solutions and escalate complex issues

- 7Follow leadership direction and resolve routine customer concerns
- 8Recognize risk and appropriately escalate concerns to protect customers and the organization

Requirements9
- 16+ months of direct customer interaction or equivalent experience
- 2Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
- 3Proven cash handling experience with accuracy and consistency
- 4Professional integrity focused on building trust through reliable service
- 5Ability to understand customer needs and identify referral opportunities
- 6Experience working in fast paced environments
- 7Desire to develop skills across multiple banking systems
- 8Commitment to work scheduled shifts including Saturdays
