
Technical Support Tech I, Austin & Onsite Support
Overview
The Tech I role owns front line technical support for end users at scale in an onsite environment. You will identify, research, and resolve issues across a variety of hardware and software. You will respond to phone, email, and in-person requests and document, track, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. This position emphasizes strong customer service, clear problem diagnosis, and collaborative teamwork in a busy support center. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and resolve user issues across hardware and software to restore productivity within 90 days
- 2Document all incidents and resolutions in ticketing system and monitor for trends
- 3Escalate complex problems and coordinate with senior engineers as needed
- 4Respond to phone, email, and on-site requests with clear communication and follow-up
- 5Collaborate with IT and facilities to ensure end-user environments are stable and secure
