What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers with a positive attitude and deliver high-level service at the counter.
- 2Prepare bagels, spreads, salads, sandwiches, and other items per H&H Bagels recipes and quality standards.
- 3Operate the cash register with accuracy, handle transactions, and keep the counter area clean.
- 4Maintain cleanliness across dining area, kitchen, back of house, and storage spaces.
- 5Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure availability and freshness.
- 6Follow health and food safety guidelines to keep staff and customers safe.
- 7Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- 8Assist with training new team members as needed.
Requirements7
- 11+ years in a quick service restaurant, deli, or bagel store preferred.
- 2Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 4Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- 5Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Passion for food and willingness to learn bagel-making.
- 7Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
