What You'll Do11
- 1Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- 2Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards maintaining quality and presentation
- 3Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively during food preparation and service
- 4Manage cash register operations process cash transactions accurately and handle credit card payments with precision
- 5Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- 6Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines throughout all shifts
- 7Ensure quick service by managing customer orders promptly while providing friendly attentive customer service
- 8Restock supplies as needed and keep the dining area tidy to promote a welcoming environment
- 9Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
- 10Assist in retail sales transactions when applicable supporting overall store operations with professionalism
- 11Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Requirements7
- 1Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is highly preferred
- 2Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
