What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare and assemble food items according to recipes, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- 2Operate Speedline POS for accurate order entry, sales transactions, and cash handling.
- 3Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items.
- 4Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and prep zones per food safety rules.
- 5Handle food prep, bussing tables, stocking supplies, and managing food handling procedures.
- 6Run cash register operations with accurate cashiering, math calculations, and drawer balancing at shift end.
- 7Support team during peak periods by multitasking between serving, food prep, and cleaning duties.
Requirements7
- 10+ years experience in food service or quick service restaurants; enthusiasm for learning key.
- 2Familiarity with Speedline POS is a plus.
- 3Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication.
- 4Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy.
- 5Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- 6Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- 7Culinary or kitchen experience advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn essential.
