What You'll Do11
- 1Lead daily operations with TLs supporting managers and staff
- 2Coach and develop team members through cross training
- 3Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures
- 4Handle inventory placement and cash handling
- 5Ensure food safety compliance and cleanliness standards
- 6Model sound decision making and resolve operational issues
- 7Support scheduled deployment practices for optimal service
- 8Maintain clear communication with multiple stakeholders
- 9Work in varying temperatures and physical environments
- 10Adapt to changing conditions while maintaining alertness
- 11Coordinate team efforts to deliver consistent guest experiences
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- 3Experience with restaurant management systems
- 4Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- 5Ability to work in fast paced settings
- 6Proficiency in POS and inventory management tools
- 7Commitment to hospitality and customer service
- 8Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- 9Experience with health and safety protocols
- 10Flexibility for varied work schedules
