What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment
- 2Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards
- 3Promote and lead company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
- 4Contribute to development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s)
- 5Establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, operational and merchandising sets, and budgets
- 6Execute plans and make adjustments as needed using independent judgment and analysis of plan effectiveness
- 7Act as Head Coach when sole leader in building and perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, Front End and Cash Office functions, and teammate supervision
- 8Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports and assign workload based on skill levels to maximize efficiencies
- 9Monitor progress against plans and adjust to ensure uninterrupted operations and athlete support while meeting payroll and financial goals
- 10Develop effective schedules for direct reports and adjust to meet athlete traffic demands and operational initiatives
- 11Lead a strong team that delivers positive athlete experiences and builds a welcoming environment for teammates and athletes
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 21-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience
- 3Previous people leadership experience preferred
- 4Virtual requirement: cameras on during all virtual interviews
- 5No AI tools permitted during interviews or assessments
