Overview
You will support daily classroom operations and child development at Montessori Children's House in Blue Bell, PA, working alongside lead teachers for 5+ hours each weekday. This part-time role covers a steady 12:00-6:00 p.m. schedule, engaging with children in Montessori environments. Align with the school's child-centered philosophy and contribute to a supportive team. What You'll Do6

Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 22+ years experience in early childhood education or childcare settings
- 3CDA credential or college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 4Dependable, caring, and comfortable as part of a classroom team
- 5Willingness to learn and support Montessori methods
- 6Ability to obtain Pennsylvania child care clearances and pass health/TB screening
