What You'll Do11
- 1Manage delivery of TC&I workstreams — credit calculations, eligibility analyses, benefit models, and substantiation packages
- 2Review associate work for technical accuracy and provide coaching
- 3Analyze eligibility for clean energy credits under the IRA and OBBBA including Sections 48E 45Y 45X 45Z and 45Q
- 4Support credit monetization via transferability under Section 6418 and elective pay under Section 6417
- 5Evaluate bonus credit criteria such as prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements
- 6Build models quantifying federal state and local credit benefits
- 7Research FEOC rules and translate guidance into actionable steps
- 8Coordinate timelines budgets and status reporting across time zones
- 9Grow offshore team through training and knowledge sharing
- 10Maintain records for PWA domestic content energy community and low-income community credits
- 11Translate technical guidance into operational processes
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in accounting finance engineering economics or related field
- 2Five or more years relevant experience in tax credits incentives tax or technical discipline
- 3Working knowledge of US federal energy tax credits and credit monetization
- 4Advanced Excel modeling skills and ability to build review credit calculations
- 5CPA JD MTax Enrolled Agent or progress toward one preferred
- 6Experience with state and local credits site selection analysis
- 7Familiarity with Forms 3800 3468 7207 and related credit forms
