- 5Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance from available resources.
- 6Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach.
Requirements10
- 1Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or passing the Tax Knowledge Assessment.
- 2Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
- 3Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
- 4Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
- 5Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
- 6High school diploma or GED equivalent.
