What You'll Do11

  • 1Manage program content audience and budget to ensure compliance and low cost
  • 2Cultivate relationships with internal and external training partners
  • 3Evaluate learner feedback to identify improvements
  • 4Review and edit content with development team
  • 5Represent program to partners and translate needs into actionable requests
  • 6Drive learning requests and create individualized development plans
  • 7Facilitate modules using adult learning methodologies
  • 8Manage program lifecycle from intake to implementation
  • 9Coordinate logistics such as speakers scheduling and venue support
  • 10Maintain participant experience through coaching and development plans
  • 11Perform administrative tasks like communications and documentation

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Advanced knowledge of curriculum design and training measurement
  • 3Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office Teams Word Excel PowerPoint
  • 4Ability to analyze data and turn raw information into insights
  • 5Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and requests
  • 6Strong facilitation and program management skills
  • 7Understanding of talent management processes and strategic planning
  • 8Knowledge of LMS platforms
  • 9U.S. citizenship or work authorization
  • 10High school diploma or GED
