Systems Integration Lead Analyst, DoD IT Standards
Overview
You will lead the planning and implementation of the DoD Information Enterprise, focusing on IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards to enable Enterprise Interoperability. You will coordinate resource requirements across warfighter, business, and intelligence mission areas, and prepare responses to Congressional inquiries. With an active Top Secret clearance, you will work at The Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, supporting the DoD CIO. What You'll Do7
- 1Develop IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards, analyzing and recommending updates to enable Enterprise Interoperability.
- 2Drive the DoD comprehensive IT Registry using technical frameworks and configuration management processes.
- 3Coordinate IT Standards and Technical Profile resource requirements across warfighter, business, and intelligence mission areas.
- 4Prepare documents for Congressional inquiries and develop architectural products to enhance strategic planning.
- 5Recommend policy updates to IT Standards and Technical Profiles to support enterprise interoperability.
- 6Lead governance reform for enterprise-level IT standards, improving processes and procedures.
- 7Provide expertise on governance processes and recommend improvements to DoD CIO IT governance.
Requirements10
- 1Master's degree in a related field with 12+ years of related experience.
- 2Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
- 3Familiarity with DoD IT standards, processes, and commercial cloud capabilities.
- 4Knowledge of Industry IT standards and technologies.
- 5Effective analytical skills.
- 6Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 7Preferred: Experience with enterprise and/or systems architecture development.
- 8Preferred: Experience supporting DoDAF.
- 9Preferred: Experience reviewing architecture artifacts and supporting development within the DoD.
- 10Preferred: Exceptional writing skills.
