What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare fresh sushi and line items to Kura standards during the first 90 days.
- 2Execute food safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean station.
- 3Multi-task across prep and line duties during peak hours.
- 4Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality and speed.
- 5Learn and apply Kura's sushi preparation techniques.
- 6Follow recipes and portion controls for consistency.
- 7Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- 8Maintain inventory of prep items and communicate needs.
Requirements6
- 118+ years old at time of hire.
- 2Experience in food prep or line cooking (preferred).
- 3Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
- 4Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
- 5Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Passionate about food and eager to learn sushi preparation.
