What You'll Do8
- 1Operate the automated dishwashing system to clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- 2Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following health code guidelines.
- 3Organize and stock clean dishware for the sushi conveyor and kitchen stations.
- 4Multi-task effectively during peak hours to ensure a steady flow of clean items.
- 5Inspect dishes for cleanliness and report any equipment issues to management.
- 6Assist with restaurant cleanliness tasks, including wiping surfaces and emptying trash.
- 7Follow Kura Sushi procedures for dishwashing and equipment maintenance.
- 8Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
