You'll deliver attentive service, collaborate with our robot server Kura Bot, and earn $17.80/hr plus tips, with projected earnings of $35.16/hr. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests and take orders with a friendly, attentive approach, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- 2Deliver food and drinks promptly, using the conveyor belt system and coordinating with kitchen staff.
- 3Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about sushi offerings, including daily specials.
- 4Monitor table needs, refilling drinks and clearing plates to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- 5Process payments accurately through the POS system, handling cash and card transactions.
- 6Collaborate with team members and Kura Bot to serve guests efficiently and maintain table turnover.
- 7Maintain station cleanliness and restock supplies, including napkins, condiments, and silverware.
- 8Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, complying with health regulations.
- 9Adapt to peak hours, managing multiple tables while keeping a positive attitude.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of server experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant.
- 2Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 3Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- 4Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- 5Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Food handler's card or ability to obtain upon hire.
- 7Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating tips.
- 8Passion for customer service and teamwork.
